Meet KMBRK
The name is a Chicago street. So is the sound: R&B, hip-hop, Top 40, house and Afrobeats, blended live rather than queued up in advance.
Classically trained on piano long before the decks, then a B.S. from Illinois and an MBA from DePaul. The DJing started in 2023, at a New Year’s Eve party, off an iPhone.
Under three years later: the White Sox at Guaranteed Rate Field, the Foundation Room at House of Blues, the American Cancer Society’s Skyline Soiree. The rooms are the resume.
